Industrial compression springs

Compression springs are open helical components designed to resist axial compressive forces and store mechanical energy. Our portfolio includes an extensive range of standardized sizes according to European standards DIN 2095 and DIN 2098, intended for use in the machine building, automation, hydraulics and industrial maintenance industries.

Material:

EN 10270-1 (1.1200)
EN 10270-1 (1.1200-VZ)
EN 10270-3 (1.4310 / AISI 302)
EN 10089 (1.8159 /51CrV4)

Required Data for Bidding and Design:

d – Wire diameter (material thickness).
De – Outer diameter of the spring
Di – Inner diameter of the spring (important if the spring works guided on a rod).
L₀ – Free length of the spring (in uncompressed state).
Nt – Total number of turns (or n – number of active turns).
Arc pitch (p) – The distance between two consecutive turns.
Type of ends: Smooth threads, locked (close) threads or ground (polished) threads.
