Disc Springs (Belleville Washers) – Compact Solutions for Extreme Forces

Disc springs are annular conical components designed to develop exceptionally high axial forces in an extremely confined space. Unlike classic coil springs, the disc spring's unique geometric profile allows it to take on massive loads with very little travel (deflection), making it the ideal solution for safety applications, heavy damping and structural pre-tensioning.
We deliver a complete range according to the reference standards DIN 2092 (calculation) and DIN 2093 (dimensions and quality requirements).

Data required for bidding and design:

De – The outer diameter of the disc.
Di – Inner diameter of the disc (important for choosing the guide rod).
t – Material thickness (the actual thickness of the disc).
l₀ – Total height of the disc spring in the free (uncompressed) state.
h₀ – Height of the inner cone (l₀ - t).
